Ground Floor
This villa has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, lounge dining room, kitchen, utility/play area, terrace with built-in barbecue. All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans.
As you come in, the kitchen is on your right, through an arch. It is very nicely fitted with new units. There is a cooker with a spit, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and citrus press. There is a large quantity of china, glass, cutley and cooking utensils.
If you walk on past the kitchen and the stair cases you are in the lounge dining room. We have a DVD player and digital television (includes some English TV channels). The lounge dining room is very comfortably furnished, this room leads out to the terrace which has a sea view. There is a built in barbecue, table and chairs and a sun blind.
First Floor
Two double bedded rooms. Bathroom. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Lower Floor
Two twin bedded rooms with ceiling fans. Large shower room. Utility room/play area with washing machine and safe for valuables.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels provided. We do not provide beach towels or cot bedding.
Built in wall heaters for background heat on all three floors. Gas heater in lounge.
High chairs and cots are available.

Golf
Available at Anoreta and Baviera which are 35 minutes towards Malaga. Salobrena Golf Club is 45 minutes further East. Tennis at the Parador Hotel or the tennis club at Capistrano.

Villa Toscana is a three storey town house situated 100 metres from Burriana Beach and a short walk from the Balcon de Europa. Use of shared swimming pool (shallow end 5ft and middle to deep end 8ft) in community garden overlooking beach. (11 houses in the development). This is a small family complex and not suitable for groups of young people without their parents. Parking for two vehicles (in tandem) outside the house. Nerja is 53kms East from Malaga on N.340.
