20% for two weeks before due date
15% for four weeks before due date
10% for six weeks before due date
Total cleared payment must be received in our office/bank prior to the six/four or two week period to received the discount.
Booking is only confirmed on receipt of payment.
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING A 50% DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE. WITH YOUR SECOND INSTALLMENT OF 50%, 12 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 AGAINST DAMAGES AND PROMPT RETURN OF THE KEYS.

Large entrance hall with cloakroom. Lounge/dining room with sliding glass door to upper terrace, with retractable sun blinds. Ceiling fan in lounge. Digital television/video with free BBC channels. Music centre with CD player, radio and tape player.
Fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Well equipped with china, glass, cutlery and utensils.
First Floor
Double bedded master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Two further double bedded rooms. Second bathroom. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Lower Floor
Two twin bedded rooms, bathroom, play area, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Safe for valuables.
High chairs and cots are available.
Garden
Tiled and terraced garden with covered and lit outside eating area. Built in barbecue. Sun loungers, tables and chairs for garden and terrace. SPA in operation from Easter to the end of October, seats 5 people and is maintained by gardener.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels provided. We do not provide beach towels or cot bedding.
Built in storage and convector heaters throughout the house plus an electric fire in the lounge.
Golf
Available at Anoreta and Baviera which are 35 minutes towards Malaga. Salobrena Golf Club is 45 minutes further East. Tennis at the Parador Hotel or the tennis club at Capistrano.

Villa Filipinos is situated 100 metres from Burriana Beach and a short walk from the Balcon de Europa. Three storey end of terrace town house and garden with SPA. Use of shared swimming pool (shallow end 5ft and middle to deep end 8ft) in community garden overlooking beach. (11 houses in the development). This is a small family complex and not suitable for groups of young people without their parents. Parking for two vehicles (in tandem) outside the house. Nerja is 53kms East from Malaga on N.340.
