Fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, cooker, ceramic hob with touch control, microwave and dishwasher. Well equipped with china, glass, cutlery and utensils. There are also sliding shutters.

Two double bedrooms, one with Queen size double bed. En suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower. There is a safe. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of separate shower room/cloakroom with washer dryer. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace and are fitted with sliding shutters.
Communal Terrace
In addition to our own terrace there is a communal roof terrace.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels provided. We do not provide beach towels.

Available at Anoreta and Baviera which are 35 minutes towards Malaga. Salobrena Golf Club is 45 minutes further East. Tennis at the Parador Hotel or the tennis club at Capistrano.

Edificio Milenio has been built to the highest standards to facilitate the use of wheel chairs and has a lift to each floor. The luxury apartment has air conditioning/heating, double glazing, a terrace running the width of the lounge and both bedrooms, use of communal roof terrace and Andalucian patio. Cars can be parked near the building.
We do not consider that this property is suitable for very young children or babies. We prefer not to set an age limit and would suggest no children under the age of 10 but are prepared to consider this depending on the party.
